The bottle unscrambling machine supplied is our ROTRAK – 1300 model with 19 stations, with outlet with pucks and OL-180 linear orientator with vision camera.

The installation consists of a feeding hopper that supplies the containers to an unscrambler prepared for pucks. It also incorporates a bottle orientator to feed the filler with the containers in the correct position.
Because the unscrambling system of the supplied machine is random, the filling efficiency of pucks is approximately 75-80%, so the pucks that come out empty will be recirculated by means of an intermediate “U” shaped conveyor and a gate system with brakes.
The supplied bottle unscrambler is prepared to position three types of bottles at a speed of 6000 BPH to 6600 BPH.
It is a machine that contributes to saving time and energy, low maintenance to avoid production stoppages and compact in terms of the space it occupies.
