Traktech was created by a team of engineers with over 15 years of experience in the packaging industry to fill a gap in the market of ionized air rinsing.

Manufacturing
We manufacture unscramblers for plastic bottles, air rinser machines, conveyors and turnkey projects for all types of containers (PET/glass bottles, jars, cans, PET molds, etc.). The product range we offer allows us to meet the needs of different sectors such as: food, cosmetics, soft drinks, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
We have the exclusive distribution of MicroDry lubrication systems for conveyors from the Belgian company CHPnv for Spain and Portugal.
Commercial network
Traktech has a team of 6 engineers that designs, manufactures and distributes its products to our customers. Distribution is done both nationaly and internationaly.
To provide its services, Traktech uses a commercial network using the formula of representation.

Unscramblers
We have 2 models: The Linear unscrambler, for pharmaceutical and chemical industries, and the Rotary unscrambler which allows us to reach higher speeds.
Rinsers
Six types of machines can cover all ranges of containers and speeds (bottles, preforms, cans, …). We will study the best option for your project.
Conveyors
We manufacture conveyors for all industries. We are specialized in conveying empty bottles. We manufacture Venturi, vacuum and air conveyors.

We are an Engineering company who designs and manufactures special machinery for industries in meat, automotive, textile and other sectors.
Conveyor lubrication
The micro-dry lubrication based on Teflon is valid for PET slat conveyors, cartboard lines and air conveyors. We have more than 1200 lines worldwide.
Ionrise
We distribute and integrate in our machines, the most powerfull and energy efficient system in the industry to clean bottles with ionized air.
Investigation and development
Traktech invests in research and development in order to obtain new positioning systems more efficient and more compact than those available in the market. It has used the knowledge oriented to its application and the practical experiences to develop a new positioning system that is already in process of industrialization, and all this has been possible thanks to the co-financing by FEDER, Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (file number: ID20150171) and CDTI, Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial.
