Traktech will be at the PPMA Show 2022 with its new CONTRAK unscrambler
PPMA Total Show 2022, the UK’s leading event for processing and packaging machinery, robots, and machine vision will be held from 27-29 September 2022 at the National Exhibition Center (NEC) in Birmingham.
Traktech will once again be present at the stand of Autopack, its local distributor, presenting for the first time, one of its most recent solutions for the beginning of the production line: the CONTRAK container unscrambler.

Traktech completes its line of rotary unscramblers with the new CONTRAK series.
A compact machine designed for productions ranging between 3,600 and 16,000 bottles per hour (BPH) depending on the dimensions, material, and geometry of the container, covering a wide range of container sizes from H 50 to H 300, with diameters from D 25 to D 90, in addition to different materials: PET, HDPE, and PP.
The CONTRAK Rotary Unscrambler is a solution that has been developed taking into account three aspects that have been determining factors in the design and manufacture of this type of machine:
- The large dimensions of the bottle unscrambler machines.
- The high costs derived from energy consumption.
- Changes formats of containers, which lead to unnecessary stops in the production lines and result in unnecessary loss of time.

Previously presented at HISPACK 2022 in Barcelona, Traktech will take advantage of the British fair to present another of its great novelties this year: The DELTRAK Robotic Unscrambler, a solution for positioning delicate containers, in PET and PP materials, with or without serigraphy, or labels, conceived mainly for the cosmetic and/or Para pharmacy industries.
Depending on the dimensions, material, and geometry of the containers, this machine can support production speeds between 4,500 and 16,000 BPH.
