Description
The Lineal Unscrambler PL for empty bottles was developed by Traktech to improve profitability in companies with medium-sized production. It is a lineal unscrambler that contributes to reduced investment in automation of the beginning of Filling lines.
The unscrambler machine is designed for companies producing around 3,500 bottles per hour (bph) and with a certain variety of formats, characteristic of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
With Traktech’s machine it is no longer necessary for companies to invest large amounts in conventional unscramblers systems that produce more than needed and increase production costs due to the format changes, making return on investment more complicated.
